Written notice of cancellation required prior to events as follows:  Golf and bowling tournaments: Cancellations must be received at least 10 business days prior to the tournament.  Classes, seminars, and labs:  Cancellations must be received at least 7 business days prior to the class, seminar or lab.  Luncheons:  Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to the luncheon.  There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the timeframes indicated above. No refunds for no-shows.  Substitutions are welcome.

Upon completion and submission of the registration form, you are agreeing to abide by Mechanical Trade Contractors Association's cancellation policy.

MTCAZ staff may take photographs or videos of participants, individually or in groups, attending or taking part in MTCAZ events and/or classes. These photographs or videos may appear in future MTCAZ publications or other MTCAZ publicity. Attendees and/or participants consent to having their photograph taken or such videos shown and used for such purposes.

Certain other restrictions may apply.

MTCAZ does not share, sell, rent, or loan your information to any third party.  Information is only released if we are required to do so legally.  In other words, we do not share your information....period.
