This certificate program will expose technicians to a higher skill set, and greater diversity of equipment applications and better prepare them for advancement as a residential service and installation technician. The program will prepare students to service, troubleshoot, install, and repair residential equipment they would encounter in the field. Each course combines classroom instruction with hands-on technical training, a critical part of building skills for this field.

Program attendees will receive a certificate of completion for each seminar and a program completion certificate for 39 residential classroom and lab hours in partnership with Gateway Community College.
