I understand that by providing my mailing address, email address, telephone number and fax number, I consent to receive communications sent by or on behalf of MTCAZ and its subsidiaries and affiliates via regular mail, email, telephone or fax. MTCAZ dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes but may be deductive as a business expense up to 80%. We estimate 20% of your dues are nondeductible for the tax year because of MTCAZ’s lobbying efforts on behalf of its members.

As an Affiliate/Associate member of the Mechanical Trade Contractors of Arizona (formerly Air Conditioning Contractors of Arizona), I understand that I am not a representative of MTCAZ but a separate and independent entity. I agree that in contacting MTCAZ members, I will represent myself and company as such. I will not in any way, indicate that I am contacting individuals/companies on behalf of MTCAZ.
